Working together in KWIP’s ‘90-90 Exclusive’ Programme

By enrolling in the ‘90-90 Exclusive’ coaching and mentoring programme for Kingdom Women in Politics, you do so with the express condition of having agreed to the following conditions of working together with Dr. Lisa-Anne Chung in the ‘90-90 Exclusive’ coaching and mentoring programme.

Payment

If you have paid in full, there is nothing more to do on the payment side.
If you are paying in instalments, in order to honour your financial commitments and remain in the programme, payments must be made on time. You have already made a downpayment for this programme and your card will also be automatically charged around day 28 after your initial payment and again around day 58. This depends on bank and payment processing times when it is reflected on your account.

How I support you

I am not your Holy Spirit. I cannot replace His role in your life. As a Kingdom woman, appreciate that the Holy Spirit speaks to and guides you.
If I make coaching or mentoring suggestions, evaluate them according to how you know the Holy Spirit works with you and speaks to you.
You are ultimately responsible for what you believe is right for you in general or for a specific period in time. You are also responsible for implementing what we discuss. I will hold you accountable for doing so.
My greatest focus is on your leadership development as an aspiring politician. That means non-leadership details related to campaigns and political marketing analysis, for example, will not be the most effective use of your time with me. Let’s stick to your leadership journey in politics.
I am not here to counsel you on personal matters. If you are working through the need for intense emotional counselling and support for personal issues, please do seek out the services of a counsellor/therapist. Again, let’s stick to your leadership journey in politics in our sessions.

Access is Limited and Here’s How it Works

The first session will be one where we map out your specific 90-90 Exclusive experience. After that the access you will have to me directly is once per month for the 90 days of this programme. That one-to-one session will last for 90 minutes each month. Let’s honour each other’s time and keep our contact reserved for that time. Your questions, etc can be raised during these sessions. Also, because of the window between each session, you may discover that you get your answers in quite meaningful ways as you work through the process and we can then focus in on other areas for our session.
For 90 days, you will have access to the Aspiring Politicians Leadership Programme from Kenley College. This is a programme that was originally designed for young politicians. However others who did not regard themselves as young politicians wanted to learn about the principles for politics addressed in that programme as well. So it was rebranded in line with the Aspiring Politicians that Kenley College serves - be they young or not as young as they feel.
Each month, two sessions from the Aspiring Politicians programme will be emailed to you. You can work through these sessions and we can discuss any related questions you have about what you are discovering about yourself as an aspiring politician and how you are moving forward on your journey.

Contact outside of coaching times

Generally, information pertaining to coaching sessions should be saved for discussions during scheduled sessions. If you must speak with your coach outside of the times scheduled or in addition to allowances under this programme, there will be an additional charge of £240 per hour or part thereof, which must be paid upfront.

Cancelling or changing appointments

Please place the highest priority on your scheduled sessions, as consistency is important. If for any reason you have to change an appointment please do so within 24 hours of the appointment time, unless in the case of an emergency. In turn, if for any reason your coach has to reschedule, we will give you at least 24 hours’ notice.

Coaching Assignments

Be sure to keep on top of these. That’s why we only meet once per month, to give you the time to process and work through the assignments and implementation of what we do in the sessions.
I will give you assignments specific to what we address in your sessions. That way this 90-90 Exclusive experience is tailored to your unique journey into politics

Ending Coaching Before the 90 Days

If for any reason you feel it is necessary to end your coaching partnership with us, you may do so at any point with notice being received at least 2 full business days before your next scheduled session. Because of the access you have to other coaching material upfront however, no refunds are provided where you terminate your enrolment early after accessing one-to-one coaching or the Aspiring Politicians Leadership Programme from Kenley College.

At KWIP, we are committed to offering a service of honesty and integrity. As a result, if your coach feels that you are not benefiting from the service or are not motivated to change, the coach will contact you and make suggestions for how to move forward, and if necessary, consider cancelling your enrolment in the 90-90 Exclusive programme.

Confidentiality

KWIP recognises that the need for confidentiality is very important. In the 90-90 Exclusive programme, be assured, your coach will hold all

conversations with you in the strictest confidence except where prohibited by law or where the safety and well-being of another individual is in jeopardy.

KWIP will not provide reports to anyone about you, or indicate that you are being coached by us, without your written permission.

Please be aware that legally, Kingdom Women in Politics is a part of Kenley College. You are therefore bound by the general Terms & Conditions of Kenley College as well as more specifically the terms indicated here for the ‘90-90 Exclusive’ programme.
